Worst company. I bought a surgical handpiece from them on 25th October 2024, a defective piece was delivered to me, the head of the handpiece itself is large, it has not passed through any quality checks, then i immediately told them the issue, so they asked me to courier it to them since they don’t have any pick up policy, it took ?500 for me to courier this, after checking they repaired it and sent it back, again I tried with my drill bit, it is not fitting, when I again contacted them, I clearly told I cannot spend ?500 for courier each time to send back the handpiece for their experiments, they said they will arrange for pick up, till today no pick up has been arranged, I’m contacting them almost daily to take it back or refund my amount but they are just giving lame excuses and pushing time… this is the worst company I have come across which is so irresponsible. Beware of their products and their company.

I bought fracture implants- titanium bone plates & screws. When I asked for FDA License copy which is mandatory requirements to sell in India, they refused , even not provided QR code for Authentication. Fake material.. don't buy it... & even quality was not good.

Horrible experience with Dentmark. Had issues with the product and the customer service is very bad. They don’t respond well and if there’s any issue they don’t try to resolve it. I have never had such a distressing experience with any other online dental store.
